I was featured in You and Your West Midlands Wedding Magazine's Question Section:

 

I had the great opportunity to be featured in the 

Question section in You and Your West Midlands 

Wedding magazine's January 2015 issue. 

 

So the Question was: 

"Our guest list has grown significantly since we

started planning and we're now expecting more

than 200 at our big day. One wedding cake won't

be able to serve that many people - are there any

other options?"

 

Samantha says: 

There are quite a few options for getting the most 

out of your cake. Firstly, you can actually feed more

than 200 guests with one cake by either adding a 

tier or two, or by making one or two double depth 

tiers. That way, one tier feeds twice the number of

people and it's great for guests who don't like the

outside icing. 

 

 Alternatively, a seperate cutting cake in plain icing can be kept in the kitchen and 
be served with the rest - your guests will be none the wiser. You could also add

cupcakes, which is a nice way to make up numbers.
